إصدار شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك للمواطن غير الأردني
الخطوة الأولى - الوثائق المطلوبة:

1– تعبئة نموذج طلب إصدار شهادة حسن السيرة والسلوك (المرفق).
تحميل نموذج الطلب (PDF) - 2– صورة جواز السفر الحالي.
- 3– صورة جواز السفر المستخدم أثناء التواجد في الأردن.
- 4– صورة شخصية حديثة عدد (2).
- 5– صورة أختام الدخول والخروج من الأردن.
الخطوة 2 - الرسوم:
رسوم الطلب 3.50 دولار أسترالي تدفع عند تقديم الطلب
رسوم التصديق 17.50 دولار أسترالي تدفع بعد استلام الشهادة من الجهات المختصة
يتم استيفاء الرسوم الكترونياً عند استلام المعاملة.
الخطوة الثالثة: استلام الوثائق
يتعين على صاحب العلاقة تنسيق استلام الوثائق من السفارة بإحدى الطريقتين:
- زيارة القسم القنصلي خلال أيام العمل الرسمية من الاثنين إلى الجمعة، بين الساعة 11:00 صباحًا و 2:00 ظهراً
- إرسال ظرف بريدي إضافي مدفوع مسبقًا معنون لصاحب العلاقة لغايات استخدامه من قبل السفارة لإعادة المعاملة
ملاحظات:
- السفارة غير مسؤولة عن تلف أو فقدان الوثائق المرسلة بالبريد
- استخراج الشهادة يستغرق من 8 إلى 16 أسبوعاً
Issuance of a Certificate of Good Conduct for Non-Jordanian Applicants
Step 1: Required Documents

1– Completed Application Form for the Issuance of a Certificate of Good Conduct (attached).
Download Application Form (PDF) - 2– Copy of the applicant's current passport.
- 3– Copy of the passport used during the applicant's stay in Jordan.
- 4– Two (2) recent passport-sized photographs.
- 5– Copy of the passport pages showing entry and exit stamps for Jordan.
Step 2: Fees :
Application fee: AUD 3.50, payable upon submission of the application.
Certificate legalization fee: AUD 17.50, payable after the certificate is received from the competent authorities.
Fees are payable electronically upon collection of the certificate.
Step 3: Collection of the Certificate
Applicants may collect the certificate by one of the following methods:
- In person at the Consular Section during official working days, Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- By providing a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope for the Embassy to mail the certificate.
Notes
- The embassy is not responsible for damage to or loss of documents sent by mail.
- Processing time is approximately 8 to 16 weeks.
Requirements for obtaining of Good Conduct Certificate for Non-Jordanian Citizens
- Application fee: ($3.5 AUD).
- Two recent coloured passports photo.
- Photocopy of the passport used to enter Jordan (showing entries and exits stamps).
- Photocopy of current passport.
Fees can be paid by either:
- Bank cheque
- Money order
- Debit Card (if you attend in person at the consular section). American Express and all types of credit cards are not acceptable.
Lodging and Collection
A pre-paid Australian post self-addressed return envelope (Registered, Express, or priority post only) must be provided,
Or to arrange a pick up by a courier (e.g DHL, FedEx). otherwise, the document can be collected by an authorised person when the applicant is informed that the certificate is ready for collection.
Lodging Documents: (Monday–Friday) 10:00–12:00.
Collection working days: (Monday–Friday) 01:30-14:30.
Notes
- Additional legalisation fees ($17.50 AUD) will be required once the certificate is received from the relevant authorities in Amman .
- The process may take from 4-8 weeks.
- Consular fees (including Legalisation) are subject to change without prior notice. Charges collected will reflect the applicable fees on the processing date.
- The Consular Section would strongly recommend you to keep the return delivery tracking number so you can track your document yourself. Please note further that the consular Section is NOT responsible for any loss that may happen.
