Consular Certificate Service

Step 1: Submit Your Application

To obtain a Consular Certificate (Name Matching Certificate) for a Jordanian driver's license, please send the following to the Embassy by mail at:

GPO Box 640, 10 Hobart Place, ACT 2601

• A certified colour copy of your Jordanian passport, signed and stamped by a Justice of the Peace (JP).
• A certified colour copy of your Jordanian driver's licence, signed and stamped by a Justice of the Peace (JP).
• The applicant's phone number, email address, and residential address.

Step 2: Fees and Payment

The fee for issuing the Consular Certificate is AUD 21. Payment is made electronically upon receipt of the application.

Step 3: Collecting the Certificate

Applicants may arrange to receive their documents from the Embassy by one of the following methods:

• Collect them in person from the Consular Section during official business days (Monday to Friday), between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm.
• Include a prepaid self-addressed return envelope with your application for the Embassy to use to return your documents by mail.
